I haven't heard back from HR but I spoke with Komal yesterday evening and discussed the option of her going on early mat leave and we will issue an ROE. She mentioned that she is alone and just wants to stay busy until her due date. We had a reassuring conversation that Kathleen's needs are progressing and so is her pregnancy which is a crossroad for us to which we need to consider Kathleen's care needs as well as her and her unborn. Also, it's not that she isn't fit to work, rather, suitability is assessed case-by-case, and she would be better suited for clients who aren't completely dependent. She agreed. At this point, her shifts have decreased to two a week, and she was made aware of this change. Most likely we will need to issue an ROE within the next month.
