Salesvue uses structured task "Plans" to ensure every lead gets the attention it needs early on. Because we're now running our initial tasks through this system, we need to enforce a specific handoff point to keep things running smoothly: - Please hold off on taking ownership or action on any new Web Lead until the LHA team gives the all-clear. - We will ensure the local office is pulled in and receives all necessary details once the opportunity has progressed to the 'AX Scheduled' stage in our Salesvue plan. - Until a lead reaches the 'AX Scheduled' stage, please check with the LHA team before taking over or making contact. This coordination is vital to ensure our new follow-up process is completed correctly and nothing is missed. This new process *ONLY applies to Web Leads* and does NOT include leads from these areas: - Bay Area - Franchise Locations - Canada I have attached our web leads nurturing process below.
