Hello All, In order to bid on a lucrative contract, we must make a payment through CNESST before Monday, August 11th to get our account in good standing. We are not able to make a payment directly through the tax system as we no longer have a Canada domiciled bank (our CAD JPM bank account can wire the funds, but they likely won't be applied to our account by the deadline). Likewise, sending a check would likely not settle the account in time. He is also unable to use his corporate credit card. Our last option is to have Tim Thomas make the payment for $56,065.77 CAD using his personal account and immediately reimburse him via Coupa (payment details are already on file). We have discussed this with legal as well as thought through the tax implications for Tim and he has provided his approval with proceeding. If Tim incurs any bank related fees, we will work with him to get those reimbursed timely as well. Laszlo and Gerri - Please provide your approval to this email that authorizes Tim Thomas to make the payment through CNESST and be reimbursed through Coupa immediately in the amount of $56,065.77.
