Here is a quick recap of what we covered: - Pulse Survey Pilot will go live on 9/15, and will run for 2 weeks. - Pulse surveys will only be sent to new SOCs, starting on or after 9/15. Please be sure to communicate with your clients so they know what to expect. - Clients will receive one survey for each new caregiver they have. They will receive the survey the day after the shift is completed. - We will have a brief 30 minute call weekly to touch base on the pilot, discuss any feedback and cover any action items you took based on ratings received. - The recording is attached to the calendar invite from today should anyone need to revisit. The slides from today's call are attached to this email. - I've also created a more detailed guide on how to respond to and follow up on caregiver ratings, broken down by stars. As always, myself and Megan are here to provide any support you may need and answer any questions!
