Could I start having a conversation with Marilyn who covers a majority of the hours? She also has a company car which she will no longer be able to use. That will cause some challenges. It will also be the same issue with Kayelee who has a company car and works 35-40 hours per week.  She is the Client Care Coordinator/back up for me.  These employees do not get a separate mileage check monthly since they have company cars.

Do you currently use company cars with your organization or any interest purchasing (if an option with Commonheart) two to bring over? My company car does not have the logo on it and could possibly (if purchased) be used by Kayelee or Marilyn.

Sorry to cause more issues to troubleshoot.

Total- 206.5
(This is direct care hours with clients and does not include any travel time)

There are a few Home Care staff with gaps in their schedules that could possibly absorb some of these hours.

They will most likely need an NPI or Tax ID number if you are comfortable providing that, so they can check their system.

For Private pay they are invoiced monthly and have due upon receipt terms.  We accept payment via check or we do process payments via credit card.

Ideally if we could transfer patients and staff over 4/1/25 that would work best as it’s the start of a month.
