If we are to use an alias ( adwords@thekey.com) for the marketing team to use to log into the system I want to be certain we abide by the following terms in the agreement. Are we all in agreement to abide by the terms of the agreement below? 6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality - The Google Ads accounts, campaigns, strategies, structures, optimizations, creative assets, and data created by Agency are and shall remain the exclusive property and trade secrets of Saba, Inc. - Client shall be provided read-only access for transparency. - Upon termination, Client retains reports previously delivered by Agency but no rights to accounts, campaigns, or strategies. - Client agrees not to copy, replicate, or apply Agency=E2=80=99s proprieta= ry strategies to any other account, whether directly managed or through another agency. - All campaign structures, methodologies, and bidding approaches are considered confidential trade secrets. - Agency may seek injunctive relief in addition to damages for any misuse of its intellectual property.
