Caregiver Holiday Party - Wednesday, December 3rd 8:30AM to 4:30PM (In office - Mandatory unless you are off). 2. Office Holiday Party - At Petros Westmount on Friday December 12th at 6:15PM ---- Please note: We will be doing a white elephant gift exchange at the office at 4:30PM. We will have drinks here as well before we head over to the restaurant. 3. Everyone will have either Dec 24th or 26th off. Please let me know which date you prefer. This is *not *a stat holiday in Quebec so it is at *my discretion*. If too many people take off one day, I will have to move you over so the office is adequately staffed. You may choose to work both days and bank a day as well. - Christmas Day - Everyone is off. @Maria Licoudis w= ill work 8AM to 12:45PM and @Mina Levy will work 12:45PM to 5:30PM (as well as on-call) - December 31st - This is a regular work day. Mina will work the on-call. - January 1st - This is a stat holiday. Everyone is off 4. Volunteers: @Mina Levy is doing a lot over the holiday periods (holidays and on-calls) so we need some volunteers to help give her a break. I need everyone to help out and take something on for the following days: 1. Saturday December 20th: @Carolyn Daoust 8AM to 12:45PM *2. Saturday December 20th: 12:45PM to 5:30PM (Need a volunteer)* 3. Sunday December 21st: @Carolyn Daoust 8AM to 12:45PM 4. *Sunday December 21st: 12:45PM to 5:30PM (Need a volunteer)5. January 1st: 5:30PM to 8AM (On-Call) (Need a volunteer) --$100* ***You will be given a banked half day for any day you work that you can use at any time to extend a vacation. 5. The Westmount office will be* closed* as of December 22nd, 2025 and reopened on January 5th, 2025. No need to come in on those days unless you need to. 6. Any vacation time over the holiday period (Dec 22 to Jan 2) must be submitted and approved by me. This is a busy time (we started 3 Tier 1 one clients last year the week of Christmas) so we need to be adequately staffed.
