Since the client can only send it via mail, I asked her to take pictures of all the pages, which she did. This is a one time only client that we helped as a referral partner. I called her and she does not have the agreement as she is lives out of town and was only here for a procedure and is not home yet. We are deactivating this client anyway so I'm unsure if I'll get the whole agreement.
