1. Under "Employee Hourly Rate or Salary" - is the rate for salaried
employees a monthly rate?
= It's Bi-Weekly
2. Under "Insurable Hours" - are these the hours employees have worked YTD?
= Yes, the hours worked YTD (January 2024 to Up to current pay)
