Hi Timon,

The CG Paid rate has gone up from 17.23 to 17.93 MoM,  which is why you are
seeing an $8.2k swing in CG wages MoM. *(see explanation breakdown below) *
*i'll add you will see a $56 swing but that's due to rounding of hours and
paid rate. Its minimum but figured i'd add that context as well*
