Hi Timothy and Cheryl,
As per our meeting. Going forward please send all billing related requests
and issues to me and my team. We will handle it in the appropriate manner
and take it forward.
If there are any issues please let me know so we can address accordingly.
I spoke to Gary and he mentioned we can provide clients with what they
require if our system has the capabilities to do so. If there are some
requests in which billing cannot fulfill we will loop Tim and Cheryl in to
discuss how we should handle.
When we transition to our new system, there will be more customization from
the billing side to cater to clients needs. We are hoping to tackle this
transition in the next few months or so.
If billing related issues is stopping you from providing exceptional care
service or hinders relationship with clients, please escalate to myself so
we can discuss the case and try to solve.
