We have implemented a scorecard that can be used for manual evaluations by our Managers and used for automated scoring with Zoom's AI feature. *Summary* - Manual scoring of calls is ad-hoc, and the final score and comments are shared with the LHA immediately in Zoom. The LHA must acknowledge th= e score and the feedback. - Automated scoring is set with these parameters: - Inbound - Any inbound call lasting 1 minute or longer. - Outbound - Any outbound call lasting longer than 3 minutes (to avoid scoring voicemails). *Scorecard* - The scorecard is broken into *5 sections* to match our 5-Step Sales process.
