Hi All!

We received the BH Goals Participants List and Breakdown

for your use in inputting the Individual Billable Hours Goals for those
with this component in their bonus plan from our comp team.  The new plans
will be effective September 1, so will need Monthly Goals for September
through December.

A few specifics:

   1. The ELT requested Goals will be stated as Per Day for reporting
   purposes, but the comp team will state them as Monthly in the Plan
   Documents and Bonus Payment Statements.
   2. The Sum of the Individual Goals for CGMs and CSMs should equal (or be
   very close to) the total Site Goals as provided by FP, & A, and included in
   the file.
   3. A few Site assignments are missing for team members.  Please add the
   missing Sites.
   4. For reference, and to aid in Goal-setting, the comp team included the
   Actual BHs for Q2.

Please have this completed by EOD PST on Thursday, September 5th.  I have
added Chris Rafferty to this email to assist with any questions that we all
may have.
