To ensure a smooth, white-glove lead handoff experience for bQuest's CEO, financial advisors, and their clients, I am seeking your prompt review of the information and TheKey contact spreadsheet below please. *What is bQuest?* *bQuest * ("Buh-Quest") is a tech platform built to help financial advisors support their collective 14,000 *= high net-worth and ultra high net-worth clients* through difficult life transitions related to aging, end-of-life, and after-loss. - Financial advisors and their clients access the platform to connect with a national network of pre-vetted aging care professionals and specialists, such as: - Senior Placement Experts - Care Managers - Home Care Agencies - Grief Counselors - and more - Their company offers human *concierge* services for high-touch, *white-glove support*, assisting families with complex logistical and emotional challenges. *Membership PPA Pilot Scope & Duration:* - 1 year membership pilot for 21 select TheKey locations (see location list here ). - Participation fee: $245 per participating location for the year. - Platform listing for each of our participating locations as a vetted provider. - Access to client referrals where TheKey is a match based on client needs. *Referral Process* Based on an initial referral for Jennifer Giest's region, we quickly learned that a centralized distribution list for new leads will not provide the premium experience bQuest & their advisors expect. *The best path forward is to provide bQuest's CEO and financial advisors with a direct operational point of contact for each of our locations.* This approach will: - Ensure a true white-glove experience for bQuest, their advisors, and clients. - Reduce internal handoffs and increase speed-to-service. - Improve Lead to SOC conversions. - Allow bQuest's financial advisors and CEO (Kelly Baird) to build valuable, mutually beneficial relationships with our regional leaders (something they are very excited about!). *Here is how the referral process will work:* - We will provide our TheKey POC for each location next week with their email and phone number for referrals (see tentative contact list here ). - Financial Advisors and clients will find our location listings on the bQuest portal when searching for home care resources. - It will be common for the financial advisor or Kelly Baird ( bQuest CEO) to contact our POC directly to review a potential new client before connecting us with the client. - They will refer a new client by *calling *or *emailing* our dedicated POC for the given location, or by *sending a message via the secure bQuest portal*. - Our TheKey POC will receive the lead and assign it to the appropriate team member for ownership and follow-up. - Leads to be docume
