I=E2=80=99d like to highlight that we = are currently leading the company for SOC over goal. We have 5 SOC on the books, with a monthly target goal of 8. There are an additional two opportunities we are hoping to start before the week's end. Funnel Insight: *6 AX Pending * - 2 should be scheduled by tomorrow - 1 is a prior client w/ a note in their profile to check with collections before resuming care (so am waiting to hear back from them) - 3 are clients who declined an in person consultation or assessment. We are continuing to follow. *1 AX Completed* - Client is currently in rehab. We are waiting on that discharge date to confirm our SOC. For our *Win Back initiative*, we are working through a list of 25 deactivated clients. We have one client resuming care this Saturday, that will be 24 hours a week ongoing. She has a team of private privates, but we were able to get 12 hour shifts for Saturdays and Sundays. The goal is to complete this initiative by the end of next week. When we complete the discharge list, our next initiative will be to follow up with Closed Lost from the past 6 months. We have 10 scheduled events for the remainder of the month: - Estate Planning Counsel, 9/18 5:30-7:30pm - South Florida Coast to Coast, 9/18 - Cleveland Clinic Concierge MD, 9/26 - Five Star Hollywood IL Happy Hour, 9/18 3:30-4:30pm - PFA Meeting, 9/12 - PB ACO, 9/16 10am - 2pm - Vi Aventura Memory Care, 9/21 - South Florida Medicare Broker RollOut, 9/16 - Boys & Girls Club, 9/24 - Alzheimer=E2=80=99s Event, 9/17 Our newly hired RN CSM has completed her training and has been assigned her book of clients. As she goes in person for her introduction and QA visits, there=E2=80=99s an opportunity to identify the need for more hours as we ha= ve clinical eyes on our clients. For this week, we are projected to hit 5430 hours, and $156,000 in Revenue.
