The process has taken some time to complete for a few reasons. They required brand new onboarding documents for the entity and once those were completed they had additional documents that had to be submitted. Additionally, all the individuals who previously signed these items for TheKey with the bank have left the company, therefore, they must onboard new signers. In the event that the letter is not in hand by tomorrow, I can see if the bank would be willing to produce a document stating that the language is being updated and that the final letter will be remitted as soon as possible.
