Our partnership with CareScout includes *all Genworth clients*. This means: - If a client comes to us without a CareScout number, you can assume that *all Genworth clients are CareScout clients*. Help guide them to locating their CareScout number so that we can add that their account with us. - These clients must be set up using *CareScout rates*. - To improve visibility and consistency, a *CareScout tag* should be added to the client profile in *WellSky* for every Genworth client. Please begin applying this process immediately so we maintain proper alignment and positive partnership with CareScout and ensure accurate client setup across the board.
