Since we began collaborating with Home Care Assistance, The Key, on its fra= ncization process in 2021, it has been both a privilege and an inspiration = to support an organization so deeply dedicated to giving people a healthier= tomorrow. As our previous service contract, naming me Director of Francization, reach= ed its expiration on November 30, 2023, please find attached the renewal co= ntract for your review. This also includes Annex A referenced in the contra= ct (the Resolution dated October 18, 2022, approved by your Board). As you = know, this option does not designate me as an employee nor as a member of y= our Board of Directors. Should you wish to continue with this nomination, a= ttached is a revised contract for your consideration, ensuring the continui= ty of the quality and level of service you expect. I am also enclosing a te= mplate of our confidentiality agreement. As you may know, we=92ve kept our rates unchanged for several years, even a= s operating costs have steadily increased. We intentionally made this choic= e to support our valued, long-term clients and invest in lasting relationsh= ips. To continue providing the level of quality and service you expect, thi= s modest rate increase is effective as of January 1, 2026. As a token of ap= preciation for your loyalty, you will continue to receive a preferential ra= te that remains below our current standard pricing. In transparency, your f= ile became increasingly complex with the ongoing resistance from the OQLF s= ince March 2023 and given the many challenges your organization has faced i= n recent years, we were not comfortable proposing a rate increase during th= at difficult period. The healthcare industry was hit especially hard during= the pandemic, and your team endured significant strain while navigating di= fficult financial decisions and constant shifts.
