Hi Tim,

I just sent a 2023 and 2024 annual report through AdobeSign. We'll send
these to our attorneys as soon they're signed. They said once they file
them this issue should be resolved.

We looked into this and I expect it relates to the annual maintenance
documents that were sent in February. Those need to be signed and returned
so that they can be filed. That will bring the company back into good
standing. Please see attached. Laura Essery (cc’d) can provide further
details if needed.

Based on the company profile I pulled, it seems like your company Prairie
Senior Care Inc. has amalgamated and updated to a new one(with new registry
number and business number).



Could you please contact with Manitoba Companies’ Office to change the
status of your business to “ACTIVE”?



Also, I checked your business account. Unfortunately, you are not on the
account which means you are not one of the signors of your current business
account. That’s why you cannot access the account.



I am not sure if you know about this, but I can help you add both of your
names to the business account and update your business profile in our
system.



If possible, may I help make an appointment for you to come in person to
sign all the documents, or you prefer to complete all the procedure online?



As your colleague Laszlo is not our member, we need 2 pieces of IDs and
