Hi Carolina, You should have received an email requesting a change to your Salesforce account email address (see image below for an example) from *"**QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com <QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com>".* This was not spam or a phishing attempt, but was an automated Salesforce email to switch your email address from HomeCareAssistance.com to TheKey.com. Could you please do this in the next 72 hours? Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
