TheKey is willing to make the two payments in mid-April and May to terminate the lease. Will you prorate April's payment due to the date we are vacating. We sent checks for February and March utilities, which you will receive soon, must be deducted from the total amount listed in the termination letter. Also we paid April's rent of 9365.02 which included utilities for April. Could you please calculate the total amount due for April and May, update the termination letter and resend it to me so I can get signatures for approval.
