For some, this will be a great refresher; for others, it will be much-needed reinforcement; and for many, it=E2=80=99s simply valuable knowl= edge to strengthen confidence and consistency. The themes and tactics covered in the course are also great refreshers for making suggestions and overcoming objections during the assessment. Bee and I both completed the training start to finish, and it took approximately one hour to complete.
