Any entry labeled as AOB indicates that the authorization can be found in NetSuite. AOB - CC: Indicates a manual AOB or that it is still in Clear Care. Please pay special attention to columns L, M, and N, which contain the client=E2=80=99s Benefit Amount, Hours, and Percent. These values correspon= d with column K, the Benefit Frequency. If a client holds a multi-layer policy, you will see additional details in columns O, P, and Q, which indicate the policy cap.
