Good afternoon, leaders -

Currently, all customers are set up with Net Terms for 2 days. The attached
list are customers who are missing an email address as of today. With the
mail being sent out of Ohio, there will not be enough time for the clients
to review before the invoice is past due. Would you all confirm if the
customers on this list have their net terms updated to 14 days to allow for
the time to mail invoices/statements out? If that works, we are looking to
have these updated in the system by EOB Friday.

Hi, Cheryl - There are 54 on this list for Waterloo. Can you please confirm
if these are all customers that belong to 'Region of Waterloo'? We will
need to get these customers set up so they are all tied to one account in
Versapay.
