Thank you for yesterday’s conversation.

Regarding the external evaluator (Non-Beachhead evaluator), here are important points that we would like to reiterate:

  *   Read the non-BH evaluator Playbook attached (ENG and FR)
  *   Formal CV of this external evaluator is required
  *   A Confirmation this evaluator is linked to an academic institution
  *   Getting the confirmation that the SME and CL both understand the external evaluator will be one of their subcontractors
  *   The Budget template document needs to be completed accordingly (without the Beachhead section)
