to missing and/or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our
onboarding process. Also, below is a breakdown of the over $19K open balance
for these Client's missing documentation listed by region. Please review and
address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with
a start month in Aug-Dec 2025 who account for over $13k of these open
balances. Please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and/or Jeannie Ortiz with
any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been
generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an

*	Southeast Region currently has the largest # of clients that have
started services in need of attention at 16.
*	Bay Area Region currently has the second largest open balance at
over $3k in total with $0.00 open for clients with start dates in Aug-Dec
2025 and currently has the second largest # of clients that have started
services in need of attention at 13.

 

 

Approx $19K open balance due for clients with a missing/incomplete Client
Consent Agreement or payment authorization forms. $13k open balance for

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when
you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to
click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the
menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File >
Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a
new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to
adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a
Google Sheet/Calculator.
