Yes, please allow me to confirm that the statement about Concur access going away due to a credit card being returned. This is not true. A card being cancelled has nothing to do with an end users’ ability to access their Concur account. 

 

The only way they would not be able to access their Concur is if they forgot their password and made too many incorrect attempts, and resulted in locking themselves out. The only other possibility is that the employee has been terminated from the company.

The charges were for some recruiting ads that we had run back in the summer. They were pending on Joey's concur account and finally submitted in December. 

 

No further ads will be running on facebook.

All expense reports with marketing charges are routed through me so I recently got yours for Facebook Advertising. Corporate is not running any Facebook advertising, so unless there is a specific need approved by my team and executive leadership, I will not be able to approve any Facebook expenses moving forward.

 

Can you tell me more about what these ads were for so I can share if asked? And is this something that can get paused or do we need to evaluate it further?
