They have always been my account in SF as I have gone and done marketing/business there for the past 2 years (prior to having an HCL). Things have quieted down in terms of business from them and Isabelle would like to take over the account. I think this is a great idea as I do not have the time to manage this account with my current role. My only issue is, the account has 2 current clients (Mark Peacock and Paulette Marcotte Lafleur) that I did a lot of work for and will be paid to me on the GM SPIFF plan. I want to continue having both those clients linked to my name but am happy to give Isabelle anything new that comes from the account. I just transferred the account to Isabelle's name. Is there anything that needs to be done on either end to make this as simple for tracking as possible?
