Vancouver Coastal Health – it is very exciting to hear!



My name is Theo and I am the Director of YVR Skylynx and the Regional
Manager of Universal Coach Line, the bus operator behind the YVR Skylynx
Whistler bus service and brand.



We would be delighted to partner up with you and your company, TheKey on
this initiative on transporting caregivers from Vancouver to the Whistler
area. Regarding your request, I propose our team setting up an Agency
Partner Account for you and your company, TheKey. This Agency Account will
allow you, your team, and the caregivers to log on and reserve seating on
our Skylynx buses directly. On a monthly basis, our finance team will run
reports on the number of travelers and bookings are made on our service and
we will provide a 10% commission back to you.



The Agency Portal also allows you to review all reservations made from your
caregivers and run reports to keep track and analyze your bookings, so
everything is clear on travel date, the # of bookings, and manifests on
which members of your team are travelling to and from Vancouver and the
Whistler area.

Hi there- I operate a homecare agency called TheKey. We have acertained a
contract with Vancouver Coastal Health and will be sending caregivers from
Vancouver to Squamish, whistler and Pemberton to service various clients in
the Sea to Sky Corridor. Basically I will likely need to get caregivers to
Squamish and Whistler daily and find accomodation etc for them . My
question is how can I have a contract with your company to reserve
caregivers a seat going and comming ? I would need the reserved seats to be
under TheKey vs individual names as the names could change if someone is
sick etc and we still need to get a body up there. Is there a way to do
this. we have the contract for 1 year ending April 1 2027.
