   0. 2024 Berkley Canada Healthcare Package Policy including the Facility
   Staffing endorsement. Facility Staffing is now specifically excluded from
   your coverage, this endorsement adds the coverage back in.

o    It should be noted that the Facility Staffing Liability endorsement is
written on a Claims Made basis.

o    *This means that only claims filed during the term of the policy will
be covered. *

o    To ensure coverage it is important to notify us immediately of any/all
incidents that could potentially result in a claim.
