Caregiver Experience Reminder on Expense and Sign-on Bonus
Protocols
The Caregiver Experience team is reminding all employees (U.S. and Canada)
of best practices for Caregiver Recruitment Marketing and Bonusing
Expenditures.
As we continue ensuring our operations reflect current market and economic
realities, we are reminding team members of our March 2022 communication
advising that the Caregiver Sign-On Bonus and Caregiver Recruiting/Referral
Bonus were discontinued. Additionally, since March of 2022, we have had
monthly referral raffles that replaced those programs. Effective
immediately, Caregiver Referral and Sign-on Bonuses are prohibited and no
longer part of our recruitment incentivizing structure.
Recognizing these incentives have been actively used since the notice to
discontinue was distributed last year, we wish to express our deep
appreciation for the efforts to recruit the best talent. Moving forward,
and in line with realizing important cost savings, we can no longer expense
funds for a Caregiver Sign-On Bonus or a Caregiver Recruiting/Referral
Bonus.
Effective immediately, the below accounts are no longer to be used:

incorporated these incentives to drive recruiting and support the growth of
our company as a world-class brand.
