Effective immediately, all Tier 4 clients will be subject to a $25 premium on base rate: - A minimum $25/hour premium will be applied to all Tier 4 clients. - Exemptions may be granted for large strategic accounts or flex sites with prior approval from the President of Client Services and the SVP of Business Development. - Tier 4 SOC Cap: Tier 4 Start of Care (SOC) volume should not exceed 10% of total SOCs per month. - Tier 2 Oversight: Tier 2 SOCs that decline into Tier 4s will be reviewed monthly.
