Apologies for the delay on this; it got lost in the shuffle of everything going on. 1. Can I have access to this feature across Canada please? Actually, we're changing things up a bit on how this will be handled, at least for a while until we're firmly settled into Zoom services. When I created all the Zoom call queues (ring groups), I mimicked all groups based on their 8x8 configuration. All user call queue memberships in Zoom *should* be the same as they were in 8x8. If you need changes in membership to any call queues, please submit a ticket (again, for now until we get settled.) 2. Can a voicemail inbox fill up? I dont receive calls from caregivers (Current Caregivers and Caregivers Looking for work) due to call volume so how can I make sure they don't get filled up and then caregivers can no longer leave voicemails. Zoom mailboxes do not "fill up". Zoom, by default, offer MUCH more storage capacity than 8x8. Additionally, if a mailbox does happen to received an extraordinary amount of messages, the system will automatically begin overwriting the oldest messages. This will prevent "mailbox full, can't take any more messages" situation. Thanks, Mark Warner

Hey Mark, For Montreal, would I be able to get admin power to do this? Also, will voicemails eventually fill up a ring group once they reach a certain point and then no voicemails can be left? Thanks,
