Hello Sales Leadership, Regional Directors and Division Presidents,

We are approaching January and that means it is time to set Sales Goals for
Q1. As we did for Q4, Sales Leadership has put together workbooks as a
central space for productive goal setting working sessions based on our
HCL's Q4 goals and results.

The workbooks have been divided up by Division with each region
representing its own tab at the bottom of the spreadsheets.

*The Q1 Goals to review and finalize by EOD Monday 12/18 are highlighted
in yellow in the sheets.*

*Q1 Goals Timeline:*

   -

   Next Week (week of 12/11 - 12/15): RDs and DSGs to align on Q1 goals for
   each HCL and make any changes necessary to Q1 goals within the workbooks.



   -

   DUE DATE: Monday 12/18: Q1 Goals are completed within the workbooks and
   considered to be finalized at the end of the day.



   -

   Tuesday 12/19: Sales Leadership submits all Q1 Sales Goals to the
   Salesforce team for bulk upload by 12/29.




*Items for Consideration:*

   - Same as last quarter, you'll find Sales Leadership has suggested Q1
   goals in the workbooks. We ask that you make a note within the workbook
   (column K) if you change any of the goals for Leadership & Division
   Presidents to reference.
   -
      - A few notes on how our suggested goals are calculated:
         - Revenue goals increase by $5K each month until a goal of $25K is
         set
         - After $25K a month, the ramp increases to $10K MoM until the
         goal of $150K is set
         - After $150K, the ramp is +$10K per month for the months with 31
         days (Jan & Mar) and +$5K for the months with less than 31 days (Feb)
         - If you plan to veer from the recommended goals provided - we ask
         that you provide a *note* in column K for Leadership to see
      - Q1 Totals for each Region's SOC and REV Goals will update
   automatically as you build them in Column M
   - If you find a difference between the AP HCL Scorecard data and the
   historical data in the workbook, this means attribution has changed since
   we pulled the data for the workbook. Please feel free to edit your tabs as
   you see fit for the exercise
