Specifically, we are dealing with shifts not being filled in a timely manner, scheduling mistakes that are affecting client satisfaction, as well as significant overtime burden despite underutilization of caregivers. This employee had previously been a caregiver and was brought on by the previous General Manager. She has a good attitude and is a team player, however seems to have difficulty prioritizing tasks and thinking critically/problem solving as it relates to the business. The poor performance is causing a great deal of distress, especially for my CSM, who is having to deal with the fallout of the aforementioned issues. Can we please set up a meeting to discuss these issues in depth and work on implementing a performance improvement plan and next steps should this be unsuccessful? Sincerely, Dennis Fancy, BSP General Manager | Winnipeg, MB (204) 489-6000 TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] --0000000000001a92b50648d8b0b0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good afternoon, = Our Winnipeg office has been struggling with the performance of our Ca= regiver Manager, Nancy Allen.
