Hi Wesley,

Thank you.  Is there an email contact we can reach out to or a way we can
ensure the ACH payment is being applied to our account in a timely manner?

The account is currently on hold and we need to resume ordering equipment
as soon as possible.  Who can I follow up with regarding this matter?
