Please see the attached weekly VA metrics for the Week of 01/09/2026, viewed from a Billing and Accounts Receivable perspective, as well as the Year-to-Date (YTD) VA statistics (Excel sheet provided). The 4 days in 2026 are excluded from this week's metrics because we are ensuring all 2026 rates and billing codes are correct before finalizing. Those days will be reflected in next week's metric update. *2026 Rate Updates* - The 2026 rates have been updated on the VA Rate List . 1. HHA billing will remain the same; only 1 rate changed from 2025. South Texas had a large decrease. 2. Respite billing has been updated to maximize revenue across all locations with respite billing. We will bill in hourly units; any time that is not a full hour will result in a short payment from the VA. We calculated the figures, and even with the expected short pays in 2026, the hourly unit rate is significantly higher than the 15-minute unit rate. This billing and submission unit update will not change how the Local Office tags shifts in Clear Care, but we encourage full-hour shifts to reduce short payments. The full updated rates are listed in the link above. The blue lines show the rates we will be utilizing. All rates are included so you can see the minimal or no change for the other bill codes. The *VA Credentialing Spreadsheet* includes a tab labeled *Full NPI List* t= o help users identify the correct NPIs in a more user-friendly format. This should help eliminate any confusion surrounding NPIs. *Link Located Here. * We=E2=80=99ve also included a quick *FAQ guide* in the attached PowerPoint = to address common questions and help guide you on how to best get updates for VA credentialing, authorizations, and other related topics. As always, our team is committed to maintaining a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship. We=E2=80=99ve built tools like the credentialin= g tracker and weekly metrics to provide real-time visibility, and we=E2=80=99= re always happy to provide additional support where needed.
