The list of clients between the 2 methods are nearly 1:1. I'm identifying 2 LG clients that are not in your list. I'm also seeing that 2 other clients have 2 service periods within the time horizon that I'm measuring - I'm counting stats from both periods in my results. Other than those two callouts, our LF client lists are identical. With that said, here are some key results I'm seeing. *Note: Table 3 and Table 4 (Tier 2) hold the most applicable and important insights.* *Table 1:* *Criteria: *Stats based on all lifeguard and non-lifeguard clients with shifts between Dec 24 and Nov 25 | SOC Tiers =3D All | Service Start Date = =3D Any *Takeaways:* Lifeguard clients show higher average tenure, billed hours per client and revenue per client with a lower average bill rate. [image: image.png] *Table 2:* *Criteria: *Stats based on all lifeguard and non-lifeguard clients with shifts between Dec 24 and Nov 25 | SOC Tiers =3D 1 & 2 | Service Start Date= =3D Any *Takeaways:* Same story as table 2 since most lifeguard clients are soc tier 1 and 2 [image: image.png] *Table 3:* *Criteria: *Stats based on all lifeguard and non-lifeguard clients with shifts between Dec 24 and Nov 25 | SOC Tiers =3D 1 & 2 | Service Start Date >=3D Oct 24 (when LG Pilot Started) *Takeaways:* When we look at tier 1 and 2 clients where the service start date occurred on or after the pilot start date (my understanding is 10/1/2024), we see that while LG clients have higher average tenure, they also have lower billed hours per client, revenue per client, and bill rate per client than their non-lifeguard counterpart. [image: image.png] *Table 4: *Stats by individual SOC Tier. *Tier 1:* [image: image.png] *Tier 2:* Lifeguard seems to produce comparatively better results for soc tier 2 clients.
