11/08/23 - Action Required - $49K Open Balance - New Client Audit Results

Hello Everyone, 

 

Please see the below summary by division for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of the over $49K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months from Jan-Sep who account for over $27K of these open balances. The deadline for October commissions is Friday November 10th , please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, Marc Atkinson, & Lito with any discrepancies or questions. Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	S East Division currently has the largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 33 and has the largest open balance at just over $24k in total and $13k open for clients with start dates in Jan-Sep.
*	West Division has the second largest open balance at just over $18k in total and $10k open for clients with start dates in Jan-Sep and has the third most # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 23.
*	GCM Division currently has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 28.

 

 

Approx $49k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $27k open balance for clients with start dates in Jan-Sep.



 

 

 

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference).
