Today, CSMs have to add a non-billable, non-payable shift to the client's schedule in order to trigger a Pulse Survey. Starting* Monday, 11/24*, this manual step will no longer be required. CSM Pulse Surveys will now be triggered using activity notes and tags. A new survey will be triggered when: - The CSM for the client (indicated by the "Primary Care Manager" field on the client's profile) adds an activity note or tag and uses the *"CG Intro," "QA Visit," "RN Assessment"* or *"Reassessment"* Tag - The survey is triggered by the date on the note or activity, not the "created by" date - The conditions are met if the "Created By" note on the activity or note matches the Primary Care Manager field. This means that activity notes and tasks can still be added to the client's profile by other team members (CGMs, GMs, etc) without triggering a survey. - [image: image.png] - - *CSM Pulse Surveys are limited to one every 60 days* - so you do not need to worry about clients being flooded with surveys each time a note or activity is added to their Wellsky Profile. - As a reminder, CSM and CG Pulse Surveys are currently only sent to new clients who started care after 9/29/25. We will provide ample notice to the field prior to turning these surveys on for all clients to ensure any necessary communication is provided to our existing client base. We hope that this update removes any additional manual documentation for our already very busy Client Success Manager team!
