Hi Tim,

The first install is scheduled for September 10th. Additionally, we have 4 leads that we are actively working on converting and planning install dates.

We have a goal of 25 installations before September 30th. The strategy to attain this goal is outlined below.

Offering

Offering free to any existing clients and all new homecare clients
  *
Offering at 800$ per month to clients that possibly do not need homecare but need Lifeguard TheKey.

Strategy

Currently all new leads that come into to Cheryl and Liz receive a follow-up email after the call. We will include a Lifeguard Intro paragraph with hyperlink to an informational page and brochure as an attachment. Cheryl has been trained in Lifeguard and is able to suggest Lifeguard to all incoming calls.

Existing clients will receive a personalize email sent from me with the current Care Manager in CC. We will provide the Lifeguard offering and brochure.

Closed lost leads and all off-boarded clients from the past 6 months will receive a personalized email sent from me with the previous Care Manager in CC. We will provide the Lifeguard offering and brochure.
