"I am attempting to send an invite to approx 250 people to attend an open house we are hosting in a couple of weeks." I was instructed to use mail merge, which I have done. No one on the invite list belongs to our organization. They are all external. Frustratingly I cannot send this mail merge email. Can you please help me do that? It should be a one time thing.
