The venue is the main draw, as it is well-attended and offers opportunities to connect with existing partners and advocate for new partnership opportunities. Goal: 6 to 8 referrals this quarter. Closed Lost Opportunity Win-Backs: Continue to nurture and connect with closed lost opportunities with nurturing call made at two weeks post close and one month post close. We currently have three clients we are nurturing. In our weekly team meeting we continue to identify underserved clients in our weekly client dissemination meeting. This effort has been successful; In October, 8 clients increased their hours for a total of 166 additional hours. The expectation is to identify one to two clients per week, with the CSM following up with the client or POC to provide recommendations. The goal is to increase existing clients=E2=80=99 hours cumulatively by 5% per = month. The GCM team meeting continues, two GCMs are scheduled for November, and two more have provided their dates of availability. Goal to increase referrals from each source to 6 to 8 for the fourth quarter. Stats: Projected Revenue: Last week, we had 12 assessments and 5 SOCs. This week: 1 assessment and 3 SOCs. We have 7 opportunities in Assessment Complete; 1. We can start as soon as we get the CareScout claim activated for them. 2. With couples care representing two opportunities, we are 90% sure the start will be next week. There is some resistance from both parties but both recognize the need for their partner. 3.
