I decided not to respond immediately to avoid sounding unprofessional by stating I didn't have access to the bio at that late hour, assuming it would be addressed this morning. Could you please let me know where I can access PSW bios in the future, should a client request one? Do I need to create them, or is there a centralized repository for these documents?
