While I appreciate the individual client details, I am trying to understand the broader challenges we are facing in reaching our actual start of care goals. It's great that we are generating a high volume of leads and opportunities, as shown by the July and August numbers combined (39 leads & 25 opportunities) . However, this hasn't translated into a higher volume of starts, and my concern is whether we are generating quality leads that will help us grow our start of care volume. Given that we are at the bottom of Kevin Murray's daily report for starts, I'd like to understand what overall challenges are preventing these clients from moving forward and if we need to reevaluate our current strategy and prioritize different accounts. I'd appreciate any insights you can provide before Jen's next coaching call so we can discuss this further.
