Currently we have Daniel and Kate invoices Hailey will process. Once it is approved, I will issue payment. The other 3 are not in Coupa. Please request them as new supplier in Coupa.

Good Morning,


A few of our referral partners have expressed frustration with our payment process of referrals. I am worried we will eventually lose referrals if they find another agency that makes payments faster. They used to get paid within 15 days of a month closing and it is now taking over 45 days. Could we expedite this process? 

Also, can I get an update on where we are on payment processes for:
1. Claire Webster-not in coupa– need to request new supplier.
2. Daniel Sigler-Due upon receipt 
3. Cheryl Admas- not in coupa– need to request new supplier.
4. Kate Coulter- Due upon receipt
5. Alexandre Mercier- not in coupa– need to request new supplier.
