I thought that was what I needed, but I don't. I have cancelled the Sales Navigator subscription and they confirmed they will issue a credit to the Brex card in the next few days. Once the card is refunded, I will regain my "regular" LinkedIn account premium access (and pay that monthly). Pardon the confusion.
