Shadi and team,
NE is currently doing a pilot with Tala and Amy F for the CSM role for
assessments. We are learning that it's best to train and then have a local
follow up meeting about 1 week after initial training to assure everyone's
questions are answered after the initial training. What seems to happen is
that they are soaking up the info from the 1st training but haven't had
time to process and get their questions and concerns answered. I'd suggest:
follow-up training at the local level (on site) 5-7 days after the initial
training and then launch. So...essentially launch about a week after 1st
training.
Step 1 - Initial Training (Nov. 11)
Step 2 - Local meeting to follow-up and assure everyone understands what's
being asked and answer all questions and concerns (Nov 18/19)
Step 3- Launch the next day after local follow-up meeting (Nov. 20/21)
