Checked with legal and their response is stated below:
Please advise the landlord that Prairie Senior Care, Inc. is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of HCA Home Care Assistance Canada and Home Care Assistant
recently rebranded to TheKey. TheKey, LLC is the ultimate parent company
and we would be happy to provide an Officer's Certificate stating such if
that is sufficient. Please ask the landlord what they need in order for us
to use our brand "TheKey.
Please let me know what is needed for us to be able to put signage up as
TheKey.
