Please review and let me know what other cuts may be needed. Below you will find the *average monthly* Census, Billed Hours per Client, Revenue per Client, & Bill Rate for combined CAN sites, individual sites, and Current Tier mix. - Overall, it looks like Lifeguard clients have higher billed hours per client with a lower revenue and bill rate per client. Winnipeg is an exception to that rule. Please note that I'm getting an average lifeguar= d client census of 26 from Oct 2024 - Nov 2025. Does that number sound abo= ut right to you? - On average, it looks like nearly all of the lifeguard census falls into current tiers 1 & 2. [image: image.png] I also measured average tenure in days for clients who started between Oct 2024 (pilot start month) and Nov 2025. Obviously, many of these starts are still active so the tenure calc just measures between soc date and latest shift date in those cases. Overall, lifeguard starts do have a markedly higher average tenure in days when compared to "Not Lifeguard" starts. However, 21 lifeguard starts is a pretty small sample size from which to draw meaningful conclusions. [image: image.png] Reach out if you have any questions or need other cuts.
